Don’t worry! There are ten categories that products fall into which corresponds to 10 steps. You don’t have to use every single step and if you do you probably shouldn’t do all ten steps every day, but that depends on the kind of skin you’re working with. Plus you get some products that are 2-3 steps in one for those who don’t have time to sit and wait for products to be fully absorbed before applying the next layer.

Great! So you’ve probably got some existing products and we don’t want to waste resources. I would recommend getting one or two products that you don’t currently have, or products from categories that you’ve finished up. This is to make sure you’re slowly introducing products to your skin because it may be overwhelming for your skin if you slather on too many different new products. 

You can also start by double cleansing and using sun protection – I would say these are the two most important principles in J and K Beauty. 

Both focus on effective skincare – to thoroughly cleanse and layer on high quality ingredients. Either would be a good choice for those who want to start understanding their skin needs and treating concerns. 

There are some differences though, K beauty generally is fast changing, it is driven by competition and innovation. While J Beauty is based on traditions, ingredients that have been proven to work for centuries and keeping it simple. We will be doing a more in depth blog post on the differences between the two so keep an eye out for it!

Yes, as long as the ingredients are compatible, you can have your different steps coming from as many different countries as you want. The point is to understand your skin, what the problems are, the ingredients that target those concerns and figure out which products contain those ingredients.

We will provide you with a tracking number, if the status on the tracking has not changed in a few days. Let us know,  we can follow up with our courier company for you. Or, you can call them directly with your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at seouloftokyosa@gmail.com or via Instagram DM.

Please contact us and let us know before we dispatch your order and we’ll change it for you. 

Once the order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email/SMS with a tracking number so you can count down the kilometres until your beloved products arrive in your hands!

Reward Scheme

Please take note that the points that you earn for buying products will only reflect in your account once we have delivered the products to you and completed your order. Your points that you earn for commenting on products will only reflect once your comment is approved. You are only eligible to earn commenting points if you have purchased the product. 

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of purchase for an EFT refund once the goods are returned. Items to be returned need to be unopened and in the same condition that you received them in as well as in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please contact us to organise a return. 

For damaged or defective goods on arrival, please email us immediately when you receive them at seouloftokyosa@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you. 

Items bought on sale cannot be refunded. If items are bought using reward points and they are returned, the reward points used will be refunded and the balance refunded as an EFT deposit.
