The boring stuff you should read
For all order below R950.00, the standard shipping fee is a flat rate of R85.00. This fee includes a door to door courier service to most locations in South Africa.
Once you place your order and we receive payment, we will book your order into the couriers for shipping. Dispatch to the couriers will take place within 2 working days from when we receive your payment. When payment for an order is received on a public holiday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, that order will only be dispatched the following weekday.
You can get your parcel delivered to most addresses within South Africa where somebody will be available to receive your parcel between 08:00 and 17:00. Addresses that can be searched for and found on Google Maps work the best.
Seoul of Tokyo does not take any responsibility for incorrect addresses provided or missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. We will however always endeavor and assist where possible to get you your package. If you have noticed that your supplied delivery address is incorrect, please contact us so that we can correct it with the couriers.
Seoul of Tokyo currently does not deliver to countries other than South Africa.
If you spend R950.00 and above, delivery is free.
Once your order is dispatched to the couriers, you will receive tracking information from the couriers. From dispatch, delivery will take place between 1 – 5 working days with deliveries to rural areas taking a day or two longer. The following delivery guidelines have been specified by the couriers that we work with:
The couriers that we work with do not normally deliver on public holidays or weekends.
If you are expecting your parcel and it hasn’t yet been delivered, please contact the couriers directly using the number provided with the tracking information. If that doesn’t help, please contact us directly and we will assist and escalate from our side.

The important stuff you should read
You may return products within 10 days of purchase. The following conditions exist for returns:
- For hygiene reasons, return item(s) must be unused and unopened.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and be returned in the same condition that you received them.
- You will need to bear the cost of the return and a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Originally paid shipping costs will not be refunded.
- A 3.85% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Reward points earned for the order being returned will be forfeited.
- Refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned item(s).
Firstly, we are terribly sorry about this. We inspect the condition of all goods before we dispatch but unfortunately they can become damaged during shipping. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you feel like your products have been excessively damaged or are defective. We will strive to do our best to assist you.
