Take the spatula and scoop the balm onto dry skin. Massage the balm over your face, it will turn into an oil and start removing impurities. Use lukewarm water to wash off, it emulsify the oil into a milky texture when it comes off. Continue with your water-based cleanser.

As a first cleanser its perfect especially if you use tons of sunscreen, that being said this balm has a pleasant scent and texture, my skin already feels smoother and looks more even tone.

I read such awesum reviews on this balm and I must say it definately lives up. I bought a mini and loved it soo much I bought another for my sister to try out.a little goes along way and my skin feels so nourished and squeaky clean after use

This cleansing balm works really well to remove makeup, dirt, sunscreen, etc. It smooths it off really nicely, doesn’t hurt around the eyes and doesn’t sting when accidentally getting into the eyes.
My main issue is that you have to use quite a bit of product for it to work, especially to remove stubborn makeup, like mascara.
