Why we like it
It’s known that black rice in general is amazing for promoting skin cell regeneration and protecting against pollution and free radicals. Haru Haru takes it a step further and uses proprietary technology to ferment their black rice extracts (2,000ppm) which allows it to penetrate deeper into our skin and makes it even more effective at restoring elasticity.
Ingredients we love
Rice extract– rich in amino acids and antioxidants, it helps to brighten dull skin and promoting skin regeneration.

To be honest, I haven’t noticed anything major with this toner. I got it because Cassandra Bankson loves it but for me it doesn’t feel like it does anything at all. Still use it though because fermented products are good for the skin…

Product has a nice feel similar to the Pyunkang Yul essence toner. I use both everytime I was my face and one or two others and these liquids really hydrate your skin if you have enough layers. I don’t love the feel of cream on my skin so layering toner is a nice option (especially if you then put some vit C / retinol and a sunscreen on after). I personally like that it doesn’t have any active ingredients and is just a plain simple soothing and moisturizing toner with some fermented products. I’ve noticed that my skin is looking nice and less irritated since I’ve been disciplined about face wash and these moisturizing toners every morning and eve. Not sure if it’s from one product in particular or using them together
