Seoul Guide

After cleansing, pour a generous amount of the No. 3 Super Glowing Essence Toner onto clean palms. Lightly pat into the skin until fully absorbed.

For a deeper treatment, soak cotton pads with No. 3 toner and apply them to the face. Leave on for 3-5 minutes then remove gently.
